Just when things were working well, they apparently made some change and things are difficult again. I just bought a couple of books and went to download them. In the past, even though the separate parts of a book were shown, I was able to click download and get the book as a single part. Today, the parts are shown and I am given only the option of downloading a divided book as the separate parts. I truly hate this, to the point that I spent a large amount of time redownloading my entire library when the undivided books became available. Does anyone know of a way to change things so that only undivided versions are shown. I can find text saying ‘show parts’ or something like this, but it is only text, both with the latest IE and Firefox versions. I’ve even tried getting sighted help and they could not find any controls labelled ‘show parts’ or ‘hide parts’ or anything like that. I’ve sent an email to their customer servi ce, but in the past, they haven’t got the best track record with site problems. I was hoping somebody on the list had encountered this issue and figured out how to fix it. I really wish they would just offer a list of library settings and allow a user to customize the library to their preferences.
