Hi Vince, I haven't seen any replies to you regarding this so don't know if you ever got any input or not. What I can tell you since this sounds like basically what happened to me a few weeks ago is that there are things working in the background you may not realize are there. After several failed attempts of my own to fix it, I called GW Micro and Steve did a remote session during which he went into my start-up menu and unchecked a ton of stuff that doesn't need to be running. That was the magic answer for me. Hopefully, it might work for you too. Hope it does!
