Windows 7 Window-Eyes 8.4 In the past, whenever I switched to various applications such as word, WLM, Internet Explorer, I could immediately read whatever, the document, email, Internet, etc.
Lately, WE does not reconfigure itself to read the new document or whatever. I have to turn off WE and then turn it on again. For instance as an example, if I am reading a Word document and then open an email, the screen appears to be blank. I have to shut off WE and then launch it again in order to read the text of my email. is there a parameter in WE I can change or do I have to reinstall WE?
