I just want to say, since GW Micro reads this list, how impressed I am with
the professional iTunes webinars. I'm just starting the second part, and
it's really helping me with iTunes 11, no matter which screen reader I
happen to be using.

Jeremy is so organized, and I really like the way he always says what key
he's pressing, what he's going to accomplish and why. And I particularly
enjoyed the beginning where he gives us a thorough tour of the iTunes screen
layout. If this wasn't a webinar, I would have thought he edited the audio
extensively, because doing something this good impromptu sounds impossible!

Anyway, if anyone reading this hasn't gone through those webinars and is
struggling with iTunes, they're wonderful, and you really need to check out
the webinar archives. I am not a technology trainer, but I'm hoping that
anyone who wants to become one will use these webinars as a model for how to
do it right!

Also a big thanks to Mark who told me about the Worksheets. I'd read through
one, and decided it was more a quiz than a quick reference, and since I'm
new, I thought I wasn't ready for being quizzed yet. I love self-study
exams; it was just that I'm still in the learning stage. But some of the
other worksheets which I hadn't read yet were actually more quick reference,
so thanks.

Thanks GWMicro for going above and beyond to make training truly useful.
Even when I'm using NVDA or JAWS I know I'll find all the tips very helpful!
And though I personally like to be conversant with many screen readers, WE
is what I'll be recommending to new users from now on.
