Hi Everyone,
Well, guess what! We got it working, thanks to Trent Fogel's
suggestions. It must have been the ShockWave thing that wasn't
working, and both Vernon and I can now listen to videos and all
audio content with IE11.
Thanks to everyone on this list for the excellent help. I appreciate
it more than you will ever know.
