I think WE just remembers the last ten strings. If there are too many to arrow through you can use two keystrokes to turn WE off and back on again. Of course you can arrow to a string and edit it or backspace it out. I suppose the suggestion made wouldn't be necessarily a bad thing but in my opinion it would be really low on the priority list because the added value would be minimum. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Max G. Would anyone else find it useful to be able to clear the text search
choices that one generates in a session?  Usually I'm happy to arrow
between strings to find, but sometimes you just have too many of them.

It would be good if you could delete one or even just clear the lot
without having to reload W.E.  (I'm talking here about the Ctrl.-Ins-F
that's usually under Browse Mode.)
