Actually, that article didn't help at all. When I was using Outlook visually
I had already made these changes. I use the computer visually more than I
use the screen reader (which is why I don't know how to make my screen
reader work most of the time). I did manage to run WE Fix and apparently it
is magic and actually fixed something because both Firefox and Outlook are
behaving for the moment.
