Hi John: Are you using the latest version of Thunderburd? I do not use Thunderbird but I do use Mozilla Firefox and I used to get that behaviour in Firefox once in a while in an earlier version. I have not seen it in a long time and I suspect that it has to do with the version. Kevin Huber
