Press control-backslash to bring up we.
Press alt-a for the apps menu.
Press up arrow to get to Window-eyes diagnostics and press enter.
Press down arrow to get to Microsoft Office and press enter.
Down arrow to perform office license service modification and press enter.
Follow the prompts, then reboot.
