So, I got an email from Apple that they have corrected an issue with the movie
Elysium and the iTunes Extras package that came with it. It told me to delete
the copy in my library and then to redownload it from the Apple server.

Deleting was no problem, but after clicking on purchases, I go to a page that
seems to be pretty much inaccessible. There is an edit box for entering a title
and a drop down menu that only allows one to chose recent purchases and name.
No other search options. If I type in Elysium and press enter while in the edit
box, nothing happens. If I tab down to the only button, I get a pop up asking
me if I really want to hide the title in the Apple Cloud, something I obviously
do not want to do. There is nowhere to select media type, which is what the
instructions on the Apple help page says is the first step, so I am at a loss
for how to download the thing. I am also not one hundred percent certain that
the movie is completely deleted from my computer as I got the pop up about
hiding the movie from the iTunes library that I get while trying to search my
cloud account. All I want is to be sure I have the corrupted version deleted
and to download the corrected version. That is, if I can ever
figure out how. I’ve had very little trouble with iTunes for quite some time,
but I am definitely finding this to be one of the more frustrating issues I’ve
encountered. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Chris
