Hi Mike,
I did respond to the question about the location of received files in
GWConnect, but I guess it didn't make the list somehow. There is a
folder in the recipient's My Documents folder called Recieved Files.
That is where they end up.
hth,
Rod

Here is how you turn Format Alert off.
1.Do control backslash. You should hear Screen Menu.
2.2. Usethe arrow keys to go down to the Other option.
3.3. You will look for Format Alert. Press enter to change it.

Hello fellow window-eyes users:
Somehow I've turned something called format alert on in Window-eyes
and I don't know how to turn it off. I'm not sure what hot key I
pressed to turn it on in the first place. Could someone tell me how to
turn this option off? Also, I had asked this other question a couple
days ago, but no one has answered yet. When you receive a file on GW
Connect, you get a window that gives you three basic options:
Except, decline and open. While on a Skype call with a friend, I sent
a file. However, when my friend pressed the except button, he wasn't
able to find the file. When you except a file that someone has sent
you through GW Connect, where does the file go? Thanks.
