control u will bring up the edit field for entering the number.
When entering the number, don't forget the following:
1. Make sure the number includes the country code prefixed with a plus sign.
2. emove the 0 in front of the area code.
3. the slightly obvious, make sure you have credit in your Skype out account.
The Skype out balance readout dialogue is in the Skype menu, and can
be reached by first pressing alt s, followed by b.
