Hi Mike,

I really like the e-books from Access Technology Institute; they have a
series for programs of Office 2010 used with Window-Eyes, and you can see
their offerings at:

They come in multiple e-book formats (html, text, and Word), and include a
large number of audio tutorials to demonstrate the concepts mentioned in the
books.
