That helped, but now I am noticing if that I cannot navigate by paragraph in
firefox any more. Never had this happen before.

as i said it is java scripts running in the background. the noscript add on
is the only way you can stop it.

There is no way of preventing flash refreshes in Firefox; it's only possible
in Internet Explorer using Alt-Shift-M, the Suspend Refresh Rotor hot key.
