Hi Chris: Ya, got it working. I dont know why but on several attempts the
ctrl-back slash just kept saying slash instead of bring up the WE Control
Panel. After a couple of ReBoots of the new machine it started working - go
figure.
So I am all set now, for a minute anyway. Now I have to learn my way around
w8.1, sigh.

You would press control-backslash just like before.
Most of the time the backslash key is above the enter key. Other times it
is above the right control key and still other times it is to the left of
the backspace key.
