I wasn't thinking clearly about zipcodes. Of course there are zipcodes beginning with 0 and I think this is what you want. The page does indeed refresh if a person just arrows down through it. The refresh occurs in the area where it talks about sharing the info in various ways. I tend to use the find command to locate my city once I get the results. That way, I skip all that refresh stuff
