These are hot keys for (if I remember right) Intel display adapters that
override the Window-Eyes hot keys. I don't have one any more so I can't
remember the exact procedure to turn them off. But it should be in the
control panel under display or perhaps device manager. Or you might want
to check your system tray for an Intel graphics adapter icon you can
activate.
