Hi,
You'll need to download and run the emergency removal tool from
http://www.gwmicro.com/Support/Downloads/getFile.php?get=1114
You can then reinstall Window-eyes.
If you install Window-eyes and it says GWWEOFFICE as your serial number, that
is correct. It is not running as a demo. It is the full copy. A personal
serial number is not required unless you purchase an add-on such as DecTalk or
Eloquence.
However if it says demonstration copy or times out after 30 minutes there are
two ways to resolve the issue.
Using the Window-eyes diagnostics app:
1. Press control-backslash to open the WE control panel.
2. Press alt-a for the apps menu.
3. press up arrow to move to Window-eyes diagnostics and press enter.
4. Press down arrow to move to Microsoft Office and press enter.
5. Press down arrow to move to "Perform Office license service modification"
and press enter.
6. Follow the prompts and restart. Basically answer yes to run the app and
you may need to answer yes to allow the user account control.
Manually modifying the Microsoft service:
1. Press Windows-R to open the Windows Run dialog, and enter "services.msc"
followed
by Enter.
2. Tab to the list of services, and locate the "Office Software Protection
Platform"
entry.
3. Press the Applications key to open a context menu, and select "start" if the
service is not running.
4. Go back into the context menu with the Applications key and select
"properties."
5. Change the startup type from "manual" to "automatic."
6. Close the dialog.
7. Restart Window-Eyes.

Subject: More window eyes fun, not!
So I tried to uninstall window eyes to hopefully get an actual serial number so
I can use it. However, upon attempting to uninstall it, I got the following
error:
Unhandled Exception
Error Number: 0x80040702
Description: Failed to load DLL: WEOFFICE
Setup will now terminate.
OK
And now it won't uninstall, or even reinstall, because when I try to click on
the setup file I get the same message after saying I want to remove window
eyes. Now what do I do? This is the reason why I don't really like windows all
that much! I thought there was an emergency uninstallation thing. Apparently
that's gone?
