Hi, John,
Hit alt+r to get to the Review tab, then down arrow to access it.
This next part is a little weird. Right arrow until you get to Accept
Change, then left arrow. You should hear: "display for review."
Hit space or enter, then down arrow once to Final and hit Enter.
That should do it. You should just hear the current text rather than
what was there before followed by the current text, which is indeed
confusing.
