Hello Matthew, I can no longer play songs that I search for. I used to be able to shift tab twice after typing in a song name and even though when I arrowed up and down Window-Eyes wouldn't read anything, I could press enter and listen to the songs. I can no longer do this with the latest version.

I have the latest, and while admittedly the usability of the ui leaves a lot to be desired, it is nevertheless manageable for basic tasks. Exactly what problems are you experiencing? incidentally, I would also be interested to hear from one of our fellow list members, Dave Bahr, who was planning to launch a campaign no less, to persuade Spotify to make the software more accessible / usable.
