I have now managed to get WE re-installed with Version 8. It still
will not allow me to install 8.4. I have visited the Web Site
upgrades page but only 8.4 is available for download. Is there a
separate page where I can download 8.3?

P.s. I have had a bot on my system and consequently lost all of the
older versions when the drives were formatted.
