Hi. I have had the exact same thing happen to me that has happened to Louis-that is, unintentionally downloading more than one of the same item, because I couldn't tell I had started a download in the first place. I have also noticed that since the last I e enhanced update that the dialogs now automatically read using I e 11 running under Windows 8.1. Before the update I had to manually read the dialog. I agree with Louis that we're stuck with the changes.
