The literal answer to your question, I believe, is CTRL-BACKSLASH.
  You can find the hotkeys for Excel in the Hotkeys/Office section of the 
Control Panel.

Note:  You should have Excel open when you open the Control Panel in order to 
access the Excel-specific hotkeys.
