Let me explain a bit about this problem. I was happily using Window-Eyes with my handy dandy new PC. I rebooted it, and when I did I no longer had message virtualization in Outlook 2013. I tried disabling and enabling the app with no luck. I called up the folks in AI Squared Indiana, and one of the techs had me to go into an option in Outlook itself where apps were disabled. Outlook Enhanced was there. I enabled it, saved the settings, and then closed and restarted Outlook. After the computer locked up on me and doing a hard reboot, all was working well again, and my messages were being virtualized. Does anybody have any idea what I need to do to fix this? If I don't see a message on the list, I'll call up AI Squared Indiana again, and this time I'll write down what they tell me. Thanks in advance for the help.
