Hi there,

I have a document that was sent to me with a lot of formatting that the Word Nav app is supposed to show me when I enter navigation mode. However, it's telling me that all the items I know are there are, indeed, not there. For example, if I'm looking for a heading, I press insert z to turn on the word nav mode. Then, i press h for heading, and am told that there is no heading. That's strange because my cursor is sitting on a style heading 1. Has anyone else had this sort of issue. I'm running word 2010 with window-eyes 8.4 and the latest update of the word nav script. I also have the word advanced features script installed, would that affect the navigation elements? i wouldn't think so, but I'm not really sure what to do. The same sort of thing happens if I want to get to a section or table or footnote. They are in the text but the app doesn't see them at all.

Any advice?

Thanks, Dave
