Since if I unload WE and the problem is resolved I think I can say that
WE is causing the problem.

Running latest version of WE and IE11.
When I attempt to log in on www.paypal.com I enter my username and
password and the login button. I get to a screen telling me to please
wait and that is as far as I get. If I unload WE the login then
completes. Any suggestions please
