OKay, it's clear you hate Outlook, but why? I have used Outlook
successfully for years. This is one of those situations where you must
persist with setup until you get it working and then it will work pretty
much as smoothly as Outlook Express. It is a far better solution than
installing a hacked version of Outlook Express that will no efficial
support.

Subject: Need new email client and need tips and advice please

I have recently upgraded my system and OS to Windows 7 and will most likely
have to say goodbye to my beloved Outlook Express that has been with me for
the past 13 years (Thank you Microsoft!) While it appears I can download
O.E. on my new machine, it does not appear there is any way to transfer all
my old messages and settings to the new system. So, I am considering a new
email client program and am wondering what all of you are using and why. I
do know I hate Outlook with a passion and won't go anywhere near it. And it
is my understanding that the new Windows Live Mail does not work well with
speech. So, I am looking for thoughts and opinions from all of you as to
what you have and/or would recommend. Thanks in advance for any helpful
replies. Jon
