Hello everyone.
Thanks for all your help in getting the Window-Eyes startup and shutdown
sounds back.
Your suggestions worked.
But since I've done a reset of my computer I haven't needed to do this.
This is a new feature in Windows8 and 8.1. Basically it re-installs
Windows from scratch deleting any personal files and things like that.
There is also an option to wipe the hard drive.
