Hi Dave, You find the Format alert setting under Screen, Other, and you would tab over to Format alert. First, ensure the Scope is set to Global, and tabbing to the next control, a radio button, it should be set to Off. Then saving it should do the trick. Now this should work only if every set file you use has the Format alert setting set to Scope: global, and setting: Off. Clear as mud? smile
