My workplace has given me a Windows 7 laptop as an upgrade from a XP machine. Outlook is working fine on the XP machine.
Windows 8.4 has been loaded on the Windows 7 laptop. Outlook Enhance is installed, and I have read KB2043. Set file association is correct. When following the instructions in KB2044, I am not having luck with this set of instructions: Turn off Message Preview 1. Press Alt-V to access the View tab 2. Press PL to open the Message Preview split button 3. Press O to select and activate the Off option In particular, I am not able to get step 2 to take me anywhere. When I am on the new machine, and I tab to the Inbox, and use the arrow keys to move up and down through the list, I am not hearing anything. A sighted friend was here yesterday, and he said that I was in the Inbox list and that the cursor was moving up and down through the list - just not hearing anything. Anybody got any suggestions?
