It is weird. For me, attachments open one of two ways. I never can figure out which way will open the attachment or why one way works and the other doesn’t.
1. Use the Forward command and then tab down to the attachment and hit enter to open. You then have to up arrow and hit enter on open to give the program permission to open. If that doesn’t work: 2. Open the email, hold down alt and hit 7 twice. This works sometimes but more often #1 works.
