Hi Doug,

The arrows and the shift key for selecting text doesn't seem to work.

Mike,

There does appear to be a problem with the upgrade pricing information.
We'll get that resolved but given the final 9.0 won't be released for a few
weeks, I would hope this little inconvenience isn't something can't can't be
worked around until the office opens back up tomorrow morning. I appreciate
your patience with us as we iron out all the details. We'll get it resolved
tomorrow morning, I promise.

As for "edit" being spoken instead of "edit box" this was done by design.
We felt the extra syllable wasn't required and simply slowed navigation
down. You seem to imply this is a problem, can you explain why?

Regarding the "top" and "bottom" those are also gone. Remember, the days of
a static buffer are gone. What you hear is dynamically created as you move
through the page to guarantee you are getting exactly what is being
displayed at the time you asked for it. The words "top" and "bottom" are
not on the web page and therefor are not given out any longer. If you press
control-home you'll hear "top" but the top line of data will be spoken and
that is where you will be sitting. Yes, this is different but we feel for
the better. Our goal was not to mimic the old browse mode, it was to
greatly improve it.

Hi. I am among those customers who have commented that when accessing the
catalog page that after entering their serial number and zip code that they
can't obtain the upgrade price. I called A I Squared knowing that they were
closed and left a message. No, Ron, there is no ineptitude on your part,
trust me. Also, I noticed that the word edit is spoken when you land in an
edit box. The word box is no longer spoken. Also, Windows 8.1 sounds such
as when going to the top and bottom of a page have now disappeared. Several
restarts of the pc won't bring them back.

P.S. When I left the voicemail with A I Squared Window-eyes sales, I
mentioned that I was a bit put off that I have to wait for a call back
concerning the inability to obtain an upgrade price even after entering my
serial number and zip code on the catalog page as instructed. .
