At one time, over a year or so ago, there was a hickup when a WE user went to
the login screen. I've told Chase techies that there was no longer a problem
and was thanked, saying that the message would be removed or something to that
effect. That was about a year ago as well.
I experience this message the 2nd time I log in as there is more than one card
account to deal with. At the first login screen the first edit box is a search
box. The next two are the user id and the password items. I don't get the
WindowEyes caution message. Logging off, then logging back in the search box
isn't encountered; the first edit box is for the user id. This is when the
WindowEyes caution is heard. Just ignore it. Hit Enter and wait with bated
breath the screen showing how much more you will owe thanks to last minute
spending.
Win7, IE11, WE 8.4 environment.

I don't know if this is a Window Eyes Beta problem
or a Chase problem. Windows 7 IE 10 after entering my password on the Chase site
I hear that if I am a Window Eyes user I may not be able to log into this site.
So I upgraded to IE 11 and after I enter my password I get a blank screen with
no message.
