Hi, Peter.

You didn't mention what browse you're using. I'm currently testing with IE11 
under Win8.1.

1. I'm not able to duplicate this. Alt-left and right move through pages as I 
would expect.
2. I don't find a create email address link. There's a create account link, and 
that page has a month combo box that works like I would expect.
3. Do you have a specific example of the keyboard echo problem?
