You  can find that in the window-eyes control  panel. 
To open the control   panel press ctrl backslash. 
Now open the help menu. To do this  press alt h. 
Now you need the documentation sub-menu. To open this press the letter d.
now you need to select and activate  the readme menu item. To do this press
the letter r. the readme file will now open in notepad. 


Another way to access this information is from the windows start menu.
 Press the start button. Select programs. Select the window-eyes sub-menu
and expand it. select and expand the documentation menu. 
Select and activate  the readme menu item.
You can also access this information from the windows run dialog.
To do this open the run dialog box. This is done by pressing windows+r. 
Then type  or paste the following path in the edit box and press enter. 

On x64 system
C:\Program Files (x86)\GW Micro\Window-Eyes\readme.txt
On x86  systems. 
C:\Program Files\GW Micro\Window-Eyes\readme.txt
