Your suggestions are quite valid, and I do back them. So do I, as to
another suggestion that came up - to include Paypal.

OK, Paypal does charge a certain fee for the transaction. Usually it
would be the seller who would have to carry that fee. Still, a note on
the sales report, the minute before you pay, informing you that since
you are using Paypal, there will be a slightly higher price, could fix
that problem. Likely it would not be that high, other than people who
wanted the extra security of using Paypal, would be willing to pay that fee.

Besides, a while ago, when I was to request some money, I seem to
remember Paypal had changed it so that I could decide to let the
customer pay the transaction fee, and then Paypal was informing about
all that stuff through the customer's paying process. Just mentioning it
here, since it all could have been used as arguments why GW would not
introduce Paypal payments.

After all, the fee is so little, that I'd say it should pose no trouble
for either parts to carry their load. I see so many wel-reputed stores
now aday using Paypal, and it is a fast and easy way of paying. For many
it may even be far easier than to operate their bank site, or
remembering all their card details when doing their buyings. And, I
fully agree, it is not very adviceable to leave your credit details all
spread out over the whole net.

Should GW insist on not using Paypal services, due to some kind of
disagreeing with the rules and restrictions, there still exists a few
other similar paying services on the net market. These much compares to
Paypal in their structure and user interface, and would be worth some
consideration. Benefit of them all, is that they do accept international
cards, if that is where the bottleneck sits for GW. Smile. And after
all, we live in 2014, at least for yet another month. Smile.

Let me just add on here, that users should be offered to buy directly
from GW, even if there is a local dealer. Too often, I have asked the
local dealer certain things - like pricing - and either been given wrong
info, or been met with ear-deafening silence. Contacting GW directly, I
am just told to go back to the dealer. For instance, I have wanted to
buy some extra voices for a whole year, but am unable to, since GW tells
me to buy from the local dealer, and they tell me they do not sell the
voices so could I please contact GW directly. This should be totally
unnecessary in 2014. Sorry. Sad smiles.

Goodmorning,

May I suggest the following two suggestions:

1.Could AISquaired/GW-Micro allow us the blind who live outside the US
to buy online using credit card like any other vendors? Obviously I’m
referring for Window-eyes and other GW-micro related products such as
speech synthesizers.

2 When the user purchase the Window-eyes retail copy, can
GW-Micro/Aisquaired be little flexible and allow the buyer to select
which speech synthesizer he prefers bundled with his copy of WE, eg:
vocalize or dectalk32 or eloquence?

Kind regards,
