They seem to be readable if I use the headings to get to the links, but not if I want to read the price and reviews. It is hard to explain. Will try reinstalling jab

Dave,

I haven't noticed any more unusual letters on Amazon web pages with the beta than I did before. One thing that seems to cause this is if you have installed Java. I uninstalled Java several months ago due to security concerns, but I just reinstalled Java cause I finally needed to use a web site that required Java. The minute I installed Java, and the Java bridge, I noted more garbage on web pages, but the links are still there.

Hey. Is anyone else getting really weird combinations of letters and symbols when searching on amazon.com ? I was looking for stuff but it was hard to read because there were all these letters inside the names of the products, the price, and number of reviews. I tried selecting a few links but couldn't get window-eyes to paste the right stuff. Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks, Dave
