Hi. Sounds like your Brother has the insert key layout turned on. To confirm this, hit INSERT+T on his PC. If the title of the window is read, then that's the problem. I can't remember how to turn it off, but it's done with a key combination, something like CTRL+ALT+0, or something like that.
