John, I have experienced problems at times when creating a reply to a message. I have found that read-to-end won’t work and no speech from arrowing up and down. I have also discovered that pressing control shift w to reload Window-Eyes fixes the problem.
I am running Windows 7, Outlook 2010, and IE 11 on a 64 bit desktop.
