My favorite two channel music editor with speed-up, slow-down, compressed speed-up and slow-down, scrubbing and precise editing functions, and all designed to be accessible, is Studio Recorder from American Printing House. It does cost $200, but it has been well worth the price by giving me years of efficient productive in manipulating music and other audio files.
