FYI, this problem has already been resolved post beta 1.

Hi,
For those that can’t read the Thunderbird account settings, tab past
the account actions button and toggle off browse mode with
control-shift-a.
If I toggle off browse mode I can then tab through the account
settings dialog.
Please let us know if this works as a temporary work around.
Chris
PS I’m using Thunderbird 31.3.

I just checked beta 1 on Thunderbird 31.2. The account settings will
not read on either my desktop or laptop. Also, I'm still having a
backspace problem when replying to a message on both of my computers!

Using the beta on a WindowEyes 7 64 byt Lenovo desktop and the
current version of Thunderbird, the beta will not read the
account settings. Go to tools account settings, and try tabbing
through any of the options in the account setting. WindowEyes
reads the info in the tree view, then if you tab, you get to an
action button, but, as you continue to tab, Windows reads nothing.
