I have had it happen if I did not install my voice authorization file. After I did that, all ok! Changing computers for me undercovered that one. If I just updated from v 8.4 to v9 beta 1 at the time, all ok, but if I uninstalled the voices and the "voice authorization file" then I had the "window-eyes expiring in five minutes."
