Hi Reg, In the Winamp Playlist Editor, if you press Control-S, and choose pls playlist as the playlist type, and save it somewhere, you can find the saved file, use the Applications key or Shift-F10, arrow down to Edit, and the file will be opened in your default text editor, probably Notepad. I just thought I'd suggest this, because the resulting file is quite comprehensive.

Compile a playlist in Winamp. Press control+alt+g to bring up the playlist in Firefox, if Firefox is the default browser (I haven't yet tried this with Internet Explorer). Trying to select the text with F8 at the beginning of item 1, that is, leaving out the information at the top of the file, seems very difficult. No number 1 is displayed for the first item as it used to be. If I then go to the end of the file and press F8 again, I can't get the F8 method to work. It seems to select one line only. I eventually had to select the whole page conventionally with control+a, copy it to clipboard, and then paste the whole thing into Jart and edit it from there, removing the unwanted information at the top of the file, and inserting numbers for every item in the list. Very laborious. Can anyone else make this work, selecting the text you want, and including item numbers, in Firefox? I'll try it in Explorer next time I have time and patience.
