Hi Rusty, This is already the case. You can confirm this by expanding the Keyboard note in the WE control panel, arrowing down to Special keys, and then tab to the last item Allow CapsLock to act as Insert key. It's easier and quicker to Shift-tab to this entry, once Special keys is highlighted.
