Hi, If you could tell us what exactly your problem is with windows 8.1 we would be better able to help you. If the problem is the start screen then you might want to try a program called classic shell. Classic shell will make the windows start menu look like xp or windows 7 what-ever you like. This will decrease your learning curve quite a bit. If you want to do this you will need the window-eyes 9.0 beta. Let us know what else you might be having a problem with. Stick with it. windows 8.1 is a much better operating system and it allows you to do more things.
