I can confirm this, I have had to stop using FF because of this delay. Which is too bad. I think it's a known bug though and should be fixed in final release. Here's hoping AI Squared releases another beta before final. Yes, I know, the old issue of releasing too many betas comes into question at some point, but I feel that 3 is a good number before a final release, I think it's been done with the 7.5 series, but I could be completely wrong on that. But yes, the arrowing delay is odd, and the reason for it would be interesting to know, is it because of the dynamic refreshing browse mode has to do and the potential for FF to have more things to refresh (e.g. toolbars and add-ons)? Just a thought.

Thanks, Dave

Arrowing around in Firefox is noticeably slower than in IE or when using other screen readers. I’m using W indows-7 and the latest beta.

By “Delay” I mean a slight pause between the time I arrow up or down and the time speech starts.
