Hello, It sounds like you have the old Skype app that Jeff Bishop maintained until GWConnect was released. Uninstall this and use the app called "Skype Enhance" instead. Note that Skype Enhance is included with Window-Eyes 8.4 and above and can also be found on App Central. We also removed the older Skype app from our web site to minimize confusion.
