One reason that you may loose these sounds is when you change themes. Once
you get your sounds back save your theme so you can return to it if it gets
changed again

Hi I somehow don't have that music that plays.
When window-eyes starts and or shuts down.
So when you know window-eyes is loading or has shut down.
