Assuming you are using Window-eyes 9 betas. 1. Move to the start of where you want to copy. 2. PressF8. 3. Move to where the selection will end and press f8 again. 4. Finally hit the copy button.
Note if it is a link, you should be able to arrow to it and hit the applications key and select copy shortcut.
