Assuming you are using Window-eyes 9 betas.
1.  Move to the start of where you want to copy.
2.  PressF8.
3.   Move to where the selection will end and press f8 again.
4.  Finally hit the copy button.

Note if it is a link, you should be able to arrow to it and hit the 
applications key and select copy shortcut.

How do you go about copying text with in windows mail? I was trying to copy the 
name of a app for my IPhone and couldn't copy it to the clipboard. Same thing 
happened when I tried copying a link from  the same message.
