Beta 3 crashes often, so I have a chance to test the Window-Eyes restart command Ctrl + Alt + W. It no longer works as well as in Beta 1.
The proper "music" notifications occur without resumption of speech output. However, Windows 7 is still functioning because I can do a Restart from the Start menu.
